Michelle LarkinTitle: Associate Director of Licensing, Medical Devices
Michelle has 10 years of diverse experience in the medical device and biotech industries. Prior to joining U-M Innovation Partnerships, she served as the Director of Commercialization Programs for Fast Forward Medical Innovation (FFMI) at the University of Michigan Medical School Office of Research. In this role, Michelle was responsible for overseeing internal and statewide translational research funding programs administered by FFMI, including the Michigan Translational Research and Commercialization (MTRAC) for Life Sciences Innovation Hub. Prior to joining FFMI, Michelle was the Project Manager for the U-M Coulter Translational Research Partnership Program and a Biomedical Engineer for the U-M Pediatric Device Consortium (M-PED). Michelle received her Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering in 2010 and her Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering in 2011 from the University of Michigan.
