Lisa assists the Tech Transfer staff with human resources, facility, and operational issues. She is responsible for procedure training, enforcement and enhancements as well as supervising administrative processes, job responsibilities, workload leveling, and staff development. She also assists with planning and administering marketing events, print and electronic materials, and website content.
Prior to joining the Office of Technology Transfer, Lisa worked for Tullis-Dickerson & Co., Inc., a health care-focused private equity group, providing venture capital to small and mid-sized companies. Prior to Tullis-Dickerson, Lisa worked for ten years with Anlyn Ltd, a graphic design and project management firm specializing in personalized benefit communication for large corporations.
Lisa earned her BA from the University of Michigan.
